Delete local scripts and recordings
In Scripts or Takes, choose the item and confirm Delete. Clear any unsaved Quick Studio text separately. Uninstalling Ivudi removes its local app data, subject to your device and backup settings. Delete exported files and backups separately; Vumoa LLC cannot access or delete files in your device or another destination.
Request deletion from Vumoa LLC
- Email [email protected] with the subject “Ivudi data deletion”.
- Tell us which records your request concerns: support correspondence, membership records or optional diagnostics. For a purchase-related request, include the store and order reference so we can locate the relevant record. Do not send passwords, verification codes, full payment-card details or your recorded media.
- We will verify the request, locate the relevant information and delete eligible records. We may ask for limited additional information when needed to identify the records.
What is deleted or retained
Eligible support and membership records we can identify are deleted on request. Records needed to comply with applicable legal obligations, accounting requirements, fraud prevention or an active dispute may be retained for the required period; we will explain applicable exceptions when responding. Apple and Google retain their own transaction records under their policies.
Crash reporting is optional. Turn off Share crash reports in Ivudi Settings; on Android, restart the app for the change to take full effect. Firebase Crashlytics follows Google’s documented retention practices, including a 90-day retention period. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Cancel subscriptions separately
A data deletion request or app uninstall does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription. Cancel renewal in the subscription settings of the store where you purchased before requesting deletion if you no longer want the plan.
